SPONTANEOUS MUSIC FESTIVAL – 1 – 4 OCTOBER 2026 (POZNAN, POLAND)

Although we firmly believe that our dear friend, comrade and amazing musician COLIN WEBSTER should have been offered a residency way sooner on the so-called pivotal free improvisation/free jazz festivals in Europe, we’re very happy that SPONTANEOUS MUSIC FESTIVAL makes it happen. Poznan’s SPONTANEOUS MUSIC FESTIVAL is a fantastic annual festival dedicated to adventurous music. Set up by a very enthusiastic group of idealists this festival is about free musical expression, challenging constellations and a gathering of kindred spirits. And COLIN WEBSTER fits that bill perfectly, not only he’s a masterful and dedicated saxophonist but also the curator of the excellent RAW TONK RECORDS label and organizer of events in London. We unfortunately can’t make it this year but if you can, don’t hesitate to book your trip to Poznan for this year’s edition and see one of the most bold musicians in action along with an stellar line-up of fellow musicians from the UK and beyond.
