Tonight on PORTAMENTO we highlight a fantastic and epic work of Rutger Zuydervelt. ‘Stay Tuned’ is a composition he created out of contributions from more than 150 musicians. A very impressive work, Stay Tuned’ is presented as a multiple-speaker installation, as a live performance piece, here you can hear the stereo version. And he’s creating another one, this time with drummers and percussionists (featuring some of our favorite ones like Kris Vanderstraeten, Tom Malmendier and Andrew Lisle). ‘With Drums’ you can pre-order here. Rutger is also known for our lovely designs and bringing the label’s vision to life !

Listen to PORTAMENTO tonight at 11pm (UTC) or stream it afterwards at your own convenience.

‘Twelve Tone’ one of the tracks from TOM MALMENDIER & DIRK SERRIES’ well-received ‘VANGUARD’ duo album is featured on Ambient Landscape’s IONIC mixcloud. Listen to it here. The album is still available here and here.

Listen back to this lovely interview with COLIN WEBSTER on Pattern Dissection. Here he talks about his recent and excellent solo LP (out now on RAW TONK RECORDS), Brexit, touring and the forthcoming KODIAN TRIO live album on OEM Records.
